MIXOLOGY FEST is a premium lifestyle festival built around drinks, music, food, and social connection.

Designed as the main gathering point of three combined events, Mixology Fest is where visitors naturally meet, relax and spend time, enjoying curated music, branded bar experiences and live mixology moments across a high-energy indoor– outdoor environment.

Over three days, thousands of adult consumers move through Mixology Fest, creating consistent

foot traffic, long dwell times and a powerful platform for beverage brands to engage audiences in a real social setting.

Mixology Fest is powered by the combined audience of the Cannabis Expo and The Vape Expo, ensuring guaranteed visitor flow throughout the event.

THE VENUE

Mixology Fest is hosted in Hall 2 at the Sandton Convention Centre, one of Africa’s leading premium event venues. Centrally located in the heart of Johannesburg’s business and entertainment district, the venue offers world-class infrastructure, excellent accessibility, and a professional environment suited to large-scale lifestyle events.

The Perfect Serve is the central mixology feature bar at Mixology Fest. Operated by the event, this premium bar serves as a showcase platform for brand-led moments including:

Time-based brand takeovers

Brands can engage audiences either through dedicated branded bars or by activating within The Perfect Serve — without the operational complexity of running a full bar.

The VIP Delegate Lounge serves as the commercial meeting point of the event.

This exclusive space is designed for beverage buyers, bar owners, hospitality executives and key decision-makers, offering a professional

The Lounge provides access to qualified on-trade and off-trade buyers, distributors and hospitality stakeholders, creating a focused platform for relationship building and commercial engagement.

The Mixology Stage is the main outdoor music stage and visual focal point of Mixology Fest.

Featuring a curated line-up of DJs across all three days, the stage drives atmosphere, energy and crowd movement throughout the festival area.

For headline partners, stage branding is a core part of Mixology Fest sponsorship, delivering continuous visibility, MC mentions and premium association with the event’s cultural heartbeat.

If a single headline partner is not secured, the stage remains brand-neutral with limited rotating stage partner exposure.
